AMFreelancers started in October 2023. The observation behind it was unremarkable: franchise owners are good at their trade and then spend their evenings on invoicing, callbacks and paperwork nobody trained them for.
We found our footing with painting franchise owners and have since grown to support locations across the US. Most of that growth came from existing clients recommending us to other owners, which is the part we are proudest of.
The narrow focus is the point. An assistant who already knows how a home service franchise runs needs a lot less explaining than a general virtual assistant would.

When a client refers another franchise owner to us, we take a discount off their next invoice. It is a straightforward arrangement and it is how most of our work has arrived.
